Welcome to a sample blog that illustrates and discusses how Edublogs Campus could be used by an academic in any higher education context.

First up, it’s quite possible to maintain a sense of branding, while at the same time allowing individuality in blog design. You can allow your users as many or as few themes as you like – and control to what degree they are customized as the master admin of the site.

Image of widgetsUses can use widgets, as you can see in the sidebar – these could cover such things as seminars or lecture dates and schedules, or links to relevant course materials.

Of course, a blog can be scholarly or used for teaching, or both – in fact, once a user has a username, it’s extremely easy for them to set up as many blogs as they want – for different classes or different purposes.

Finally, for this example, it’s also extremely easy for academics to integrate videos, podcasts or any other media into their site – in order to share it with their peers or students.

This theme is extremely customizable.

Images can be added to the bottom of the blog using Appearance > Custom Homepage Images within the blog dashboard.

There's no need to worry about photoshop or image editing - just upload and the crop tool is built into the backend.
